Due to FINRA and federal data regulations, you cannot fully delete audience data. However, you can archive them so that it doesn't show up on your contact list anymore. 


  1. Navigate to the Contacts tab on the left side of the interface. Here, you will find all your contacts.
  2. Look for the specific contact you wish to archive.
  3. Click on the contact's name to select it.
  4. Select "Archive Contact".
  5. A confirmation prompt will appear to verify your action. Review the message regarding FINRA and federal data regulations before proceeding.
  6. Confirm the archiving action by clicking "Archive Contact" again.


The contact will no longer appear in your active contacts list.
