Due to FINRA and federal data regulations, you cannot fully delete audience data. However, you can archive them so that it doesn't show up on your contact list anymore.
- Navigate to the Contacts tab on the left side of the interface. Here, you will find all your contacts.
- Look for the specific contact you wish to archive.
- Click on the contact's name to select it.
- Select "Archive Contact".
- A confirmation prompt will appear to verify your action. Review the message regarding FINRA and federal data regulations before proceeding.
- Confirm the archiving action by clicking "Archive Contact" again.
The contact will no longer appear in your active contacts list.
