We cannot fully delete a contact, but we can archive it so they don't receive any more messages.

How to Archive a Contact

1. On your Convos dashboard, go to Contacts on the left-hand side.
2. Search for the contact you want to archive. 
3. Click on it and select "Archive Contact."
